If you're making fun of someone, pick the right target

So, the Vice President is being called out for using an accent while discussing the outsourcing of jobs, specifically call centers:

Some folks are criticizing it as a fake Indian accent, and I suppose I can see that. He appears to catch himself pretty quickly if he was. My point here is that if he really was trying to make some sort of jab at overseas call centers by making fun of an accent at least pick the right target, because the Philippines has more call centers than India now.
