ghetto fob: jacked up water boy

ABS CBN report out of Orange, California:

Authorities arrested a 31-year-old Filipino for allegedly sneaking into his co-worker’s office and ejaculating into her water bottle on 2 separate occasions.

I don't know what exactly would prompt someone to do that.. but dang.. that's just sick.
